Right of Reply Policy

We aim to publish accurate, fair and balanced information. If you or your organisation is mentioned in an article or piece of content and believe you have been misrepresented or important information has been omitted, we want to hear from you.

Our process:

1. Contact us

Email us with the article or content you are referring to and explain what you believe is incorrect or missing. Please provide supporting information where possible.

2. We'll review it

Our editorial team will assess the information and, where appropriate, verify the facts with relevant sources.

3. We'll make corrections where necessary

If we identify an error or misleading information, we'll correct or update the content as appropriate.

4. Your response may be included

Where we believe a response provides relevant context or a fair opportunity to respond to a significant claim, we may include your response, a summary of it, or a link to further information within the article.

5. Editorial independence remains with us

A right of reply does not guarantee that content will be removed, changed or presented in the way requested. Our editorial team retains responsibility for the final content.

Our commitment

We will consider legitimate requests fairly and in good faith. We won't remove accurate information simply because a company or organisation disagrees with it, but we will correct genuine errors when they are identified.
