Connectivity

Global Compare Group launched its connectivity division after recognising that the New Zealand telecoms market was undergoing significant change.

Years of industry consolidation, reduced competition and a shifting provider landscape highlighted a growing gap between what consumers needed and what the market was delivering. Through our experience operating comparison platforms, we saw that many Kiwis were paying too much for broadband and mobile services, often on plans that provided more speed, complexity or features than they actually required.

Rather than just identifying these challenges through our comparison platforms, Global Compare Group decided to take a more active role by launching a connectivity division focused on delivering better outcomes for consumers. By combining our deep understanding of consumer behaviour, pricing trends and switching patterns with direct service delivery, we could create a simpler, more transparent telco experience.

The goal was straightforward: help New Zealanders stop spending unnecessary money on telecom services and pay for the speeds, features and service they actually need. As a proudly New Zealand-owned and operated company, Global Compare Group’s connectivity division was created to bring more choice, value and customer focus back into the telecoms market.
